Members in the Hartwater Premium Rewards™ program will earn 1 point per $1 spent in-office or online. Any membership status earned will be effective immediately and will apply through the end of the following calendar year (e.g. a member who earns Platinum status by Dec. 31st 2023 or earlier will be a Platinum member until December 31st 2024). Points totals reset at the beginning of each calendar year. With each status upgrade, members may redeem their points for a single-use discount on online skincare purchases (points redemption *does not* affect points total; any points redeemed online will be returned to membership account within 1-2 business days).
